When installing Adobe CS5 does it work with QT 7 or does it look for QT X ?
What’s the process to get back to QT 7 Pro once FCS has been loaded with QT X ?

When you installed Snow Leopard you have a newer version of QT. Apple removed the pro functions from QT. I installed FCS on my laptop with Snow Leopard and did not get a Pro version of QT.

Thanks guys. I am a long time FCP user and I am just trying some simple timeline stuff to get a handle on
some basic rippling task.Here I have cmd-G green & blue and you are correct when I delete green blue ripples. I also cmd-G Red and red does not ripple. Red relocates straight down to track 2 with a space between blue and red.
Any thoughts ? How are we approaching rippling, choosing when to ripple or not to ripple ? And in this case not to leave a track behind.

Hey guys, I am trying to follow your post. I often use the TT tool to select from a point to the end. Move clips down, make some edit decisions and then select TT to move the clips back.
How are we doing this now in FCP X ?
