I’ve plugged the P2 store in on my 2nd edit bay that has a Mac with the same results. The P2 store seems to be defective.

Eric,
I’ve tried using a paperclip and pressing the start button with no success. The HDD light doesn’t even come on. The same when I try formatting the P2 Card. -
Yes, now I can’t even copy the P2 card to the P2 store hard drive. I can’t format the hard drive or P2 card either.

I was able to change the lights, but my G5 still doesn’t recognize the P2 store. In fact, the unit is not functioning at any level ie: formatting HDD, PC2 cards, or copying to the HDD. My Apple Disc Utility sees the P2 Drive and the partitions.Dale

I agree that it’s easier to keep it native. The 1200 is set up with SDI coming out and going back in. I’ve ingested the video as Panasonic DVCPRO HD 59.94 8 bit with an 8 bit sequence. I’m able to put it on the timeline without having to render, but there are some audio sync problems.Dale

Yes, they are fully populated. I don’t don’t know what the drive throughput (speed)is. I don’t have access to the admin software, but I will inquire to the powers that be here at work. I’ve managed to digitize the video at Kona2 Panasonic DVCPRO 720p 59.94 8 bit and matched the sequence at 8 bit as well with great improvement, but there are still some issues.Dale

Yes, I’ve got it set for fit to window. It freezes on the viewer and the HD monitor.
