    I’m working with a FCP system using a kona2 card, and ingesting SDI DVCProHD into an xsan. When ingesting video, the video looks great. Once I put it on the timeline or play it back in the viewer, the video looks posterized or dithered. I’d appreciate any ideas or thoughts as to how to remedy this problem.

    Try trashing preference files for FCP if your sequece settings are setup to match already.
