Thanks for the link. I will give it a read and another try. I have went through many of the Cow tutorials as you mentioned and also used Linda.com to work through some courses. I am understanding the “program” pretty well at this point its a matter of understanding how to use everything else. Like you mentioned using the brightness of one layer to influence the transparency of another. I guess that comes with time and lots of practice…

    Thanks again

Thanks for the help. I have a few options so now I will be testing to see what will work with the current setup or if it will be easier to replace the old hard drive.

    Thanks again

Sorry Tim, I just saw this reply. It still has the same behavior. I was able to get the project edited and out without using multicam. It was very short but I need to have the functionality in the future. I have tested in on other projects and it does the same thing. This has only happened since updating to the latest version of CC.

Thanks to both of you. I will reach out in the coming days. I have seen many posts from each of you, both here on the Cow and across the web. I truly appreciate the offer.

    Thanks

Have you tried to import them into Premiere, then Dynamic Link to After Effects? I am not sure how the file type will translate in that instance but maybe with the communication between Premiere and AE you won’t lose the Raw attributes. I am on CC but I am pretty sure you can Dynamic Link in CS6. You will need your files in the timeline but then you just right click on the file and select replace with After Effects comp.

Hopefully that will help. If not maybe someone else will chime in.

Thanks for the reply, I figured it out. I had saved the file as a CS5 version format so it could be reviewed by one of my coworkers. I am working in CC, once I saved the Illustrator file to the CC version it works perfectly fine.

    Thanks Again

Do to import multiple files select all your files then you should get a check box that says jpeg sequence, check that box then give it a try. It should come in as one file instead of 5000 like Dave said.
