Maybe you can find the error on this site if you havent seen it already. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and the error should give you a number that looks like (44::36) or something and search for that number.

if its giving you error messages than maybe this site can help it tells you what all the error messages in after effects mean or at least most of them.

im not sure about that ive never had any errors like that. Its probably just a problem with quicktime like the site said but im not sure.

Sometimes that happens to me and i can’t figure it out either. Usually i just save the project and restart my comp open the project back up and try it again and it renders just fine. So if you havent tried that already maybe give that a shot.
