I want to know please which one is the smallest sized codec for quicktime, considering quality too.

Cant really understand what the question is, but I think ur asking how to check to see if the Alpha Channel works?

Well just test is by putting it on top of an item and see if its what u expect.

If u cant open it in After Effects, something may be wrong.

Make sure ur AFX has the codec

Hey guess ur Compositions aint working like mine?

The problem is with Quicktime player not the codecs.

So from my research just install the codecs not the player.

Just avoid the player , plugin and everything else
