February 3, 2017 at 1:11 pm in reply to: How To Make The Filling Of A Logo A Moving ImageHi, this may have been made using a 3D plugin such as Element 3D. Yes, it would be easier to do in a 3D Program – Element 3D is capable of it – though of course you need to learn how to use the program.

The general idea is that you use a video as the material which you apply to the front of the logo and perhaps also in the luminance channel.
I get the feeling that you are looking for an instant and easy way of doing this but I’m afraid I don’t know of any simpler way – perhaps someone else might? Thanks for ya help,
I am looking for the easy way out -
What can I change to keep highest quality but reduce file size?
I have scouted around and from what I can see, AVID codecs give the best compression’s even with alpha channels.
In previous AFX versions that’s pre-2017 version all AVID codec’s could export almost lossless renders with alpha channels.
Eversince the Apple ambush only the Avid Meridien codec offers compressed alpha exports. So if ur renders contain alpha channels, Avid DNxHD/DNxHR , Avid Meridien & Avid Jpeg 2k offer excellent renders with reduced sizes.(pre-2017 )
In the 2017 AFX the latest release 14.1 only Avid Meridien offers an alpha channel compressed export.
The rest can export an alpha channel but not compressed. Now if the render does not contain alpha channels, the exports are even smaller in any version.
Hope this helps

I am trying to reproduce this, instead of various pics it should have a short film as the image.
