    after effects has the camera shake deblur plugin that takes the best frames to create a higher quality output.
    I haven’t used it so don’t know if it is really good.

    there are some professional scalers that take into account multiple frames but that’s for scaling, although I guess, if you shrunk it down again, it would still be better. https://www.infognition.com/super_resolution/ or terranex or alchemist OD.

    there’s a lot of software that does this. the technique is called ‘super resolution’.

    you are missing large chunks of moving data. you will have to interpolate with this script. you could also use mattes as not the whole frame is missing. you could recover maybe 70%.

    AE has a new effect called preserve upscale. it uses bicubic filtering similar to red giant instant hd. also, you may need to sharpen with unsharp and alpha matte the shadows as it looks more organic. but hey, its sd, so it will always be semi-quasi quality inbetween after enlarged.

    Also, the chroma will be missing tons of data(left like 1/32), so try de-saturating as it will hide chroma artifacts better. and finally, just watch out for softening vs sharpening, that’s the true killer.

    dynamics processing might help for lower volume part. for same volume, inverting one track and combining stereo to mono would phase cancel the other mic. if that didn’t work, you’ll need to key frame the tracks, but if same volume and same time…. there are some prototype programs that separate tracks into single voices using machine learning. I think RX was working on something similar. also, post this question in audition adobe forum. it has several professionals.

    i hear rain hitting a mic(or some drum), hissing, distortion, reverb, echo, and people talking.

    we need a wave file. we can’t fix a youtube video.

    here’s something I wrote a while ago:

    in audition:

    i’d first run declip, then declick, then adaptive noise reduction. enable its ‘noise output only’ checkbox so that if you hear voices, then you have the wrong settings. also, change its frequency selection so that you ignore normal vocal ranges as well. play with the FFT sizes. usually 4096 is a good starting point. You could also try a noise print where he isn’t talking for noise reduction effect.

    remove rumble and hiss:
    parametric eq out the lower freqs where rumble is and high freqs where hiss is.

    isotop rx dereverb to remove reverb.

    remove buzz:
    first get rid of the loud buzz with dynamics processing. highlight the buzz, then drag the freqs down to isolate them.

    then, highlight only buzz, no talking.
    then right click learn sound model
    then go to effects- noise reduction
    sound remover process-fft size 512

    then use the healing brush to smooth out jaggied pixels in spectral freq view.

    in zotope rx:

    if you run dialogue isolate with a very low setting like 1.5 separate and -6db reduction. then do voice denoise, adaptive -6, then all that’s left is a nice voice with no noise except the wind, then the de-wind works 10x better. Now you’re left with clear dialogue with zero distortion.

    you can’t make wide gamut masters from premiere because its color engine clips to sRGB. unless that’s all you need.

    its a big reduction in quality. you can upload 4k to youtube as youtube will automatically letterbox.

    as you have surmised, going from anamorphic to 16:9 won’t be pretty.
    Since:
    Aspect Ratio = (Horizontal Resolution / Vertical Resolution) × Pixel Aspect Ratio

    so your AR = 2.66666 square
    and 16:9 = 1.77 square

    To fit the player perfectly, encode at these resolutions:
    2160p: 3840×2160
    1440p: 2560×1440
    1080p: 1920×1080

    but if you had to keep AR, 2.6 square would be 1920/720 square pixels or 2880×1080.

    anamorphic videos will be letterboxed in both 16:9 and 4:3 players. The player can only do this if the native aspect ratio of the video is maintained – i.e. don’t add black bars to the video itself.
    Note: If you add letterboxing to a video before uploading it, the widescreen player will add vertical bars, resulting in black bars all around the video and a bad viewing experience.
