you can also use the audio equalizer to weight different frequencies.(some mics need more bass low end frequencies)

this isn’t so much an audition thing as it is an effects process. i’d look at some 3rd party plugins unless you can record pure organic components from scratch and layer them.

virtualdub supports avi repair and its free. you may have to add a video plugin filter.

mic type and placement can help. some mics are more sensitive (less impedance) so will pick up lip smacking, light breathing a lot more. also pointing underneath and up will be a lot more transparent than at an angle above.

from my understanding, premiere doesn’t have the option to interpret gamma, colorspace. there’s a few exception options like importing RED. also, if you export a special large container like jpeg2000, you can use different gamut outputs like rec. 2020, P3. but 99% of the exports will force a rec. 709 2.2/srgb output and clip any colors outside that gamut. it gets even more complicated if you want to work in HDR. in resolve, you have to the option to encode with different gammas upon export.

you can use resolve’s scene detect to remove the blank spots. all of this would have to be frame accurate of course. this is also why people use timecode or audio syncing with pluraleyes.

you need to narrow down the problem.
do they go out of sync in VLC before being transformed in handbrake?
do they go out of sync in VLC after being transformed in handbrake?do they go out of sync in premiere when you playback the 30fps clips in premiere in a 30fps sequence with no issues or only when you combine them in a mixed media group?

videolink is gone, but I’m guessing there’s a lot of wind.
I’d first try de-clipping before or after the instructions below in isotop rx with auto on, then:if you run dialogue isolate with a very low setting like 1.5 separate and -6db reduction. then do voice denoise, adaptive -6, then all that’s left is a nice voice with no noise except the wind, then the de-wind works 10x better. Now you’re left with clear dialogue with zero distortion.

Resolve has a scene detect feature. I’d XML from premiere and roundtrip back to get the clips cut up fairly quickly.
