wait a minute, its bad to use an internal drive as a scratch disk? Why? I have used a internal Raid 5 array exclusively as a scratch disk for over a year without a problem, should I reconsider? I am on a Mac Pro so I can have the big internal drives, is it different for the Macbooks?

so is what your saying that you can/should, export as a quicktime movie, with H2.64 compression, then just rename the file extension to .flv?!? that seems error prone, does that really work, or am I misunderstanding the process?

There is no way I could possibly fit a light on the ceiling or floor, the room is an office not a studio and was not designed for what we are doing, but it is all we have to work with.
I was under the impression a hardlight would make the best backlight, I am not finding a hardlight from the company I got the fluorescent softboxes from.
