Nesting, Once you nest, say a still, in the Still sequence you can animate, key frame, etc. The put that comp. in the master comp and crop/position or animate as needed.
AE is good for this too.

Export from APP to AME and choose a DVD preset.
Adjust data rate as needed.

DVD, SD-DVD, has been and always will be 720×480 in NTSC.
Your sequence settings should be the widescreen setting, See Pic:

Can you hang film on the windows/doors?
They make rolls of film material for this.

In post, sometimes you can create a black layer, crop it, layer it over the area, play with opacity/blend modes.

I would go with 1080i 27.97
2/3 of what you listed will match.

Now, the amount of footage within ea. frame rate can be a factor as well.

So,….What size do you need it to be?
Drop in Compressor and create a .h264 mov file, dial in the data rate as needed.

If you have more then one file on a USB stick, you can select which one to play. Looping though…I don’t know. Depends on the TV.
