I’m afraid you will not be able to remove that.
I thought I was going to see banding from flashes.
That, looks like low light, slow shutter, pointing into lights.

If the camera has a firewire port then most likely yes, you can plug that into the comp. and record the signal live.

USB will not.

Just put you clip in a sequence alone and export current settings making a ref file (no need for self-contained). Or put In and Out marker around the shot in the sequence to be exported.

Import that into AE.

Render out to the same codec of your sequence.
Import rendered file into FCP.

After lowering the DPI to 72, did you reboot first before importing those?
