The only 2 shots that tilt are at :17 & 1:19. The perspective doesn’t change; I’d guess it was shot 4K and simply a digital move.

I agree with Steve, looks like a move on a still.
The rest is just tilting from a tripod.

We had the same issues a couple years ago with the Hauppauge card in a win machine.
Sometimes the clips would come in with no audio, sync was a major hassle.

Converting/exporting it first with the software that comes with it help a lot.
In the end we gave up on the Hauppauge card.

Try Mpeg Stream clip – rips right to mpeg2.

The HVX 1280 X 1080 is “DVCPROHD codec” which is a “thin raster codec.”

It’s still 1920×1080 when you edit, edit in a 1920×1080 sequence since that is what ALL your footage is.

Right, you choose the 1080/59.94i preset.
You’re still cutting in 30p.

2.5k is already larger then 1080.

Select, File, Export, choose presets, adjust as needed.
There is a P2 preset.
Or you can select mov. Etc.
You want to send to queue using AME.
