That was the first thing I tried, it did not work, it is weird.
Also, change the order on the sequence layers, moved grfx up or down a track, re-render. Even put a transparent video layer on top and rendered. It still will not export that grfx from the sequence.
Next, nest. Rebuild all grfx elements in Ps and import and replace.

Are you paying for each track used with this? Downloaded demo and it looks like you add to cart each track you work on?

It’s a good question, there is only so much variety in an office.
Maybe; more energy in the music for the edit, with shorter cuts, Have a wide,medium and close of the guy on cam to help keep it moving.
Creative shots of the name/logo on the wall or out front.
Getting staff to move around for a staged shot. Using a jib in a larger office can make for a nice shot or 3.Chris

If the system freezes while rendering it usually means a corrupt file.
Try a new project. New sequence. Delete cache, trash prefs. reboot.You may have to locate a corrupt file among all the stills.

You did not mention what you are exporting to?
What file type?A 10bit uncompressed file will be much larger then a .mp4 clip for example.
A mpeg2 is heavily compressed and will be smaller then the original file size by a lot, depending on the data rate.
What is your delivery?
Have you looked at all the presets in AME when you export?Chris
