I know this has been closed for quite some time, but I thought I’d try a quick follow-up.

I’ve been using this script for a few years for UI/UX work and it’s absolutely wonderful. However I’m desperate for a version that allows you to add multiple instances of this movement on a single object. As it stands, you must add a parented null (or similar) every time you want to scroll again. As I’m sometimes doing this 10 or more times, it gets very complicated very quickly.

Would love to know if there’s a way to adapt this!

After quite some digging, I found a script that will allow you to trigger different parts of a comp via markers:

Nope, I was wrong!

The 2.0 plugin works, but after setting up a scene and trying to render, it doesn’t seem to be compatible with the 1.6 I have installed. Does anyone know where I might be able to find a copy of the Maxwell 1.6 C4D plugin?

Geez–I spend all day looking for a solution, and the second I post, I find one!

For anyone else having this problem, just download the latest copy of the Maxwell plugins (they say for Windows, but will work on your 64-bit Mac). They seem to be back-compatible for earlier versions.

Wooh! Thank goodness. Now I’m off for a beer.

Hi Mark,

Thanks so much for your two cents. I’m less worried about render time, as I’m only looking to export one frame (it’s for a poster). I’m going to give your suggestions a shot and see what we come up with. If I get it, I’ll post for everyone to see, as well as some detailed instructions. I’m using Maxwell to light the scene, so it’s a possibility that I’ll get somewhere close..

Ah; I’m sorry, I should have been more clear:

I was hoping to find a way of having the software listen to the audio and choose the correct mouth for me. I’ve tried it with Soundkeys with mixed results. I was wondering if someone had another way beyond Aharon’s method of doing it by hand.

I did read the post you directed me to. And, as it didn’t answer my question, I created this thread.
