Wow this really should take you no time at all.
If you really use After Effects Daily I would think you would be able to deduce the simplicity of that animation, its very very basic.If you just use AE for slicing and clipping video I recommend outsourcing your animation to someone. You will probably save yourself a lot of headaches.
