Jerry – I did export to the QT self contained. How do I open it in DVD SP? Once I do that do I then burn it to the disk? New to this part of the process. Thanks!!

I am using ProRes, There are many different types of ProRes to export to. Is any one better than the other? I will eventually be converting it using the Flip4Mac that I just purchased to Windows Media.

I am converting to ProRes 422 (Proxy). Is that the best one to use?
