Hmmm, I’m using CS3 and I just tried this with the glow.aex – copying it from the AE plug-in folder to the Premiere plug-in folder and, well, Premiere did not recognize it at all.

Sounds like an AE tutorial, not PS.

Besides having to drag open each track separately…. maybe someone will write a script 🙂
However, sometimes I use a text editor to write my expressions, and then just copy and paste.

During the tracking process, when you want to change to a new target object, pause the track and hover over the target box and hold down Ctrl + Alt (I’m on a PC). You can move the box to a new target object, and resume tracking.
Are these panning shots, from “apple to traffic light”, or scene changes?

It’s funny. Reading through your posts, and Ann’s, I cannot determine whether or not holding the shift key actually works in moving the audio and video simultaneously to new tracks.
Does it? I have tried in CS3 and holding shift does nothing. What exactly does it do in CS4? Sounds like a nice tip if it works.

What version of PP are yoou using. This doesn’t work in CS3.

If you hold down the ALT key, you can select the video or audio clips individually.

Are the images all of equal length? If they are, an expression should do the trick. Something… like…
(assuming all are 2 sec images on a 30fps comp with a 4f fade)
Create a new black solid and put it as the top layer.
Set opacity keyframes at frame 0 to 100, frame 3 to 0, frame 57 to 0, and frame 60 to 100. This will cause the fading in and out to black over 4 frames.
Now Alt-click the stopwatch for opacity and write: loopOutDuration()
Click out and you’re DONE.
