Hi –

I dont exactly know the answer but I have had weird problems before which I managed to get round by doing the same thing by a slightly different route …..

……what I am thinking here is loading the project file / import assets individually into the project / then insert assets into layers by holding down the alt key and dragging …

OR — maybe adding required assets to a new layer / copying settings over / then deleting old layer …..

Hi — looks like its only the side thats a real problem so might be worth doing a test where you knock back the reflectivity with matt spray or matt varnish — if the product still looks ok that might solve a lot of problems

Also if the product doesnt have any complex movement ( hand holding upright enters frame and then out again say ) then it might be practical to garbage matte it if keying problems persist…

Also – it depends what you are keying it over —- green grass might solve a lot of problems ! ! 🙂
