Sticking with fcp 7. Doing a “wait & see” for X.

Have had Avid & Smoke in the past….tempted by Avid, had a smoke long ago and don’t want to go there again…it was great & stable, but not digging the interface, the cost involved and too many steps to get to DVD/Blu-Ray/Web. I first learned editing on Premiere, but there has always seemed to be a stability issue with it.

the files should be whatever length the recording was going.

Ben do you have an openCL compliant video card in your mac book?

I was under the impress it wouldn’t even install unless you had one…
