how do you motion track 50i footage. I need to render a png sequence for background plate in cinema 4d. What render settings do I use. How do I posistion the fbx camera motion in my scene?

the video footage is 50i and the fbx data fps is 50fps

Lets say I got a animated figure going in cinema 4D. Basic Minamo setup. How would I get this dressed in clothes made in Marvellous designer. Basically all I want is a guy walking towards camera dressed in a racing suit,.
