Ok, will try this method. But is there not a more correct way to do this rather then this workaround? It’s strange I can’t tell Premiere which audio channel a certain track is supposed to be output too. It’s very easy on FCP.

Sorry about multiple post here, the server return an error and I tried posting again and again but apparently the 1st one already got posted.

I figure what was the problem, it is a incompatibility issue with WAVES plugin.

No track was lock.

10.4, FCP 4.5, QT7, Dual 2.0G G5 1.5GB RAM, Decklink Extreme, 4.8.1 Driver.
Keyspan USB to serial Port adapter apparently not working so using the Decklink RS422 instead.
No major problem except once in a while application will quit by itself, which is also what happens in 10.3.X.
Have captured from Component (BetaSP) to DV and also DV to component (BetaSP) “Edit-to-Tape”, no problem.

I used to use it in G5, BM Extreme and 10.3.9, it is the same as in 10.3.8, useable. Actually, I am not sure was there any difference!
