SoI checked again and this time it was working normally. I guess something went wrong and rebooting solved the problem.

Thanks for your answer Walter. But what is weird is that I actually don’t see the pickwhip icon for the corner pin. I have it for other propriety (opacity, size, etc…).
I’m away until next week but I’ll double check to be sure once I’ll be back.

Yes at first I though about using it. But the problem with motion tile is that it does not make the element “coming back from the opposite side” but adds generated mirrors on its edge. As the layer is bigger, when generating a lot of copy or working with high resolution texture it uses too much memory (correct me if I’m wrong).

If I resize the video like 101%, 150%, 200%, … in the timetable the strange color bands disappear. It’s the same if I change the position of the video (centered in 360×288) to 361×288 or 500×300…

Ah I forgot to precise that I shoot with a Canon XL2 (PAL) at 50i.
I checked again with the upper and lower field and find another way to show the video clearly. I go to:
Clip -> Modifiy -> Interpret Footage
And I change the field order from “lower field first” to “upper field first”But when I checked about the problem on Google I found that video shooted on MiniDV should be set on “Lower field first” no?

Actually when I apply any change in the image (size, position, effects) everything is fine. The problem appears when I just move the video in the timetable. I also tried to just upper field and both fields but that didn’t change anything.
When I do the rendering in .avi or something else there the video is clear (like the source or the preview screen when I captured).
Strange because I had tried the demo of CS4 on the same configuration which worked.
