  • You should check out Video Copilot’s Sure Target plugin/preset. It may give you some automation and some realistic bounciness/easiness. But it comes with the hassle of setting it up. But maybe copying/pasting your photo’s position/rotation to a camera thats parented to a null would be a lot faster.

  • [Arsenty Larionenko] “i created composition with duration 15 sec, 25 fps. Then i render it with xvid mpeg 4 codec. And duration of output file is 14:24,”

Where are you basing this number off? Because the frames description seems right, if its 15s duration, the last frame should be 14:24, since the first is 00:00.

Now the second part indeed seems odd. Are you sure you have the entirety of the composition’s workarea set as you’re rendering?

And perhaps try to render with another output codec to take the encoder out of the matter for a test.

Was it by any chance turned off in the effects tab?

  • You should check out the TypeArray preset (from Paul Slemmer). You can preview the audio with ” , ” and then just add markers as it plays out with ” * ” . The preset animates each word with each marker added.

Edit: the preset is Name Your Own Price. So maybe throw a few bucks his way if it helps you.

I see, it could be done in several ways I guess, but back on topic, if you’re still interested, check this. The third option to be more precise.

In C4d, on your material tag, on projection, change from uvw to camera projection. Drag a camera to that. I suppose that would be the same workflow as you described in Max for a light. But I’m not sure what you said about it “looking flat”. Because if you look through the projection, it will look as if its 2d. What changes this perception is the composition of shadows and lights affecting the surface along with the projection itself.

Use the least amount you’ll need. Just paint a feathered dark blue on the botton and adjust as needed to remove the warning, you’ll have instant feedback if you open two viewports.

But by looking at your SS I can see you mistook what I said about it being 1080p. You have to make a distortion of your clean plate to make itself 1080p. Standart corner pin data/usage transformes a 1080p plane into the pins position. copy and paste that corner pin to a 1080p solid and you’ll understand what I mean.

You’re doing everything right up to the last point. You just need to have your replace image inside a same size composition as you have tracked in mocha, lets say if your footage is 1080p, create a 1080p comp, place your replace image there and hit ctrl + alt + f (to scale it to comp size). Apply your corner pin to this comp.
