Yeah I’m starting from ground zero but in the futute I want to get the metabones speedbooster and a sigma 18-35mm.
When I mean low light I mean being in yhe streets at night, it doesn’t have to be pitch black. -

What about the sound quality? are they both good?

I was looking to rent the Lowel DV Creator 44 Kit and senheisser wireless lav mic. Do you think those are good?

The GH-2 doesn’t have headphone jack so I can monitor audio while recording. That’s a big concern 🙁

Ohh I’m loving the GH-2, it has basically the same specs as the af100 except the XLR inputs right? Looks good for low-light, is there a cheap lightkit that you recommend too to get good results?

I watched your video Shane, you explain everything really well. It seems fairly easy to transcode AVCHD to Pro Res 422? Just to make sure, can you let me know some AVCHD plug-ins for this here?
I also want to get some good lavalier mics, omni-directionals and cardioids. Do you guys recommend any?

Thank you so much for your quick response. I heard Adobe Premiere works natively with AVCHD, do you recommend that or should I try to stick with FCP?

It’s working now for some reasons lol, I didn’t have to convert anything. On all my audio/video settings I changed everything to Apple Res 422 and now it works perfectly/ Thanks anyway 🙂

So there’s absolutely no way to get around this if I dont convert it? =/

oh man I imagine it would be something like that, there’s 435 gB of content with the same settings =/
