solution:these options are available for a bus video track but not a standard video track.Go view—>view video bus track and it will appear at the bottom under the standard video and audio tracks.The missing envelopes can be found there.

I have exactly the same problem.Im on vegas 7.0d.Please help!

Hello there,
When I right click the video bus and chose add/remove envelope motion blur amount and supersampling are missing.The only available options are mute, composite level and fade to color.Im on vegas 7.0d.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
