  • My sequence is at ProRes and I’m at 10-bit. Does it have anything to do with the way I’m exporting out of PSD? No one on the PSD forum is getting back to me.

Thanks, any help would be appreciated

  • The P.S. on this was meant for the PS folks, sorry should have switched it to say, I’ve posted that.

That’s what I was thinking. I don’t think there is much i can do outside of using a blur effect. I appreciate your response, if I find anything on the subject i’ll be sure to get back to this post.

    Thanks again

Yes, I’m looking at it on the canvas, but also exported out my video to QT and viewed it there. I understand that this is not the way to view and Quality check my video files, but the problem i have is that these videos will be living on a website where most people will be viewing them from their computers. So do you have anyhting constructive to add??

    I would appreciate anything

I think i have found the solution, just wanted to post this up there in case anyone else runs into the same problem. You can use Paragon’s software “HFS + For Windows”

    https://www.paragon-software.com/home/hfs-windows/

Hope this helps people in the future

    Thanks

    Jon,

I am running an Avid DS on a HPZ800. The OS is Windows XP 64 bit (which is the only OS that Avid DS 10.3 will run on) and that seems to be the one OS that MacDrive does not support are there any other solutions for reading a Mac drive while running on this OS? Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks
    Bryan
