Thanks Tom,

I finally got it to work. My issue was that I was creating the folder in with the word video in ALL CAPS. When I just typed it out as “Video” it worked and I was able to select only the part of the clips that I wanted.

No Beachball (Kernel Panic) but I do eventually get into the settings panel (after a few “cancels”) but if I try to load an exported FCP 7 XML file the program crashes…
