ok, i have the lightwave file and i put it into c4d. how would i match up my object to where i want to put it in the video?

so i can take tracking data from AE and import it into C4D and have it control a camera? Or is this difficult? my goal from all of this is to get a 3d objects into AE and have it be 3d using tracking data.

i am curious about this too, is there an easier way of doing this with out tons of keyframes?

you could just video an object of the same size and shape and rotoscope it out if you have to… Just a thought
