I also ran into the same issue. I solved it by downloading “xdcam drive file system driver v2.3” from Sony website. However, my files where placed in a non-selected location and were renamed. I located them by going to the system panel and selecting SEARCH FOR: “TODAY”.

Sadly, the DCP software will process only complete files at a time. If no audio channels have data, the tracks are filled with white noise.
