    Mr. Bill,

    I like your name. Thanks for the reply. I know how to alter a single word as in Elvis’s tutorial. What I’m wondering about is altering alot of words and letters. In the pro library Extreme Graphics, in emitters 20, 27, 28, and 30 there are ALOT of words and letters flying around. Is it possible to go into each word amd letter within those emitters and alter them. Whats baffling me is usually those are one file in PI and I don’t know how to do it.

    Thanks for taking the time,

    Just Plain Bill

  • IT can handle avi files with reduced quality but mpeg plays real fast. IT can.however, export a mpeg file correctly. So theres something in Premiere that can’t handle the interpetation of the mpeg file. Why can’t it play an mpeg made in after effects? also after effects can’t output a mpeg file when I try I only get audio. I really need some input. Thanks

    The 1394 card seems to be working fine. Also I have not installed any new software. What I’m not grasping is what the whole video capture equation consists of. When you buy a 1394 card there isn’t any software included. Which means the 1394 card functions as a conduit to allow video capture. What I think is screwed up is the item (Video capture driver?) that allows the video to be captured to your editing program. So my questions are;
    1. Is there a video capture driver?,
    2. Is the driver part of Premiere, Windows, or what.
    3. What can I do to correct it?.

    Thanks for taking the time to respond. I appreciate it.

    Timothy, Thanks for responding. No it went into a 5.1 track, but the clip didn’t play through the rear speakers only. It plays through front and rear speakers. When I play the clip in windows media it plays in the rear speakers only. This is my first attempt at using Audition and Premiere and I assumed that I would be able to just drop the clip into Premiere and it would function as it did in Audition. I’m unclear as to how to create the 5.1 master track as suggested. Would I have to do that for each 5.1 clip or only once. I appreciate your helping me with this and your time.
