The is OMF Exchange software available for Media 100i (which must be purchased separately), but I don’t think there is one for Media 100HD.

Here’s an excerpt from the Media 100 HD 10.1.2 Release Notes:
“The OMF Exchange option for Media 100i is not compatible with Media 100 HD. Optibase Inc.-Media 100 is investigating possible OMF implementations for Media 100 HD.”

I don’t remember reading that Media 100i Ver 8.2.2 was “approved” for Tiger. Media 100 HD Vers 10.1.2 has been “blessed” for use with Tiger (Versions 10.4 and 10.4.1) as well as 10.3.8 and 10.3.9…but not Media 100i.

I don’t know specifically what that error is, but I don’t believe Ver. 8.2.2 is approved for Tiger.

QT7 and Media 100 HD 10.1.1 working fine here with Mac OS X 10.3.9 on a Dual 2.5 GHz.

Are these multiplexed files, component streams, or part of a DVD? In any case you should ask for better video. Your final edit will go on a DVD which is 720 X 480.
