He shoots with a Sony PMW-EX3 and he shoots to memory card. I’ve already suggested tape, and I have a DVCPro100 deck already, but he said he doesn’t have the tape option on his camera and doesn’t have a deck to export to either. He’s a webmaster for an internet site and doesn’t work with broadcast video. The only solution we’ve come up with is for him to burn a DVD and then for me to capture the video from the DVD, but I’m worried about losing generations.
Is there any QT or other file type that will work for HD video on both FCP and AVID XpressPro HD? -
They can’t air HD, so I’ll just keep using the settings that have worked thus far. I did try to contact them first but nobody could answer my questions so I came here. Thank you.
