Thank you. I finally found some other posts on it it. The key word to search for was “bring” as in bring back audio track. They also suggested that hitting F10 (overwrite) or F11 (replace) could help. F10 worked for me when I de-activated the video target button since I had made motion adjustments to the video track.

Thank you so much for all of your responses. When I have more time, I will have to try them, but for now the client says it is good enough since we are in a rush.
