  • How do I bring an audio track back after deleting it?

I have searched all over but can’t find an answer, probably because I don’t know exactly how to word it. I Accidentally deleted an audio track associated with a video track. When I double click the video file in the browser, I can see the audio tab in the viewer, but when I double click the video track on the time line, the audio tab is not shown in the viewer.

Place the playhead over the clip. Press F to load the original into the Viewer. Then lay down the audio

Thank you. I finally found some other posts on it it. The key word to search for was “bring” as in bring back audio track. They also suggested that hitting F10 (overwrite) or F11 (replace) could help. F10 worked for me when I de-activated the video target button since I had made motion adjustments to the video track.
