Yeah! When you’re looking in the preferences folder, there are a lot of adobe preferences that aren’t specifically labeled as Premiere or Adobe Media Encoder. I don’t remember what all they’re called, but it’s a good bet to just grab anything labeled Adobe and trash it.

Hey! Just back to say that I uninstalled and reinstalled AME, trashing the preferences in-between for AME and anything that looked like Adobe background software and it now works fine! Thanks everyone.
