Thanks for the quick reply.

Speed/duration does do the entire clip but on the timeline I normally just cut the clip where I want it to Slow down and cut it again where I want to it to go back to normal speed. right click the clip change the the speed to 50% then all done pretty simple.. I was trying to do the same process but interpret that section on the clip to 25fps.

Does time remapping change the speeds or the framerates??

Got it sorted guys for some reason I removed one clip and fixed it don’t know what happen there..

Also it wasn’t shakey footage mate thanks for pointing that out.
