Thanks Michael. The specs on audio are confusing. Do you know if I export a stereo audio mix as a single interleaved file, or separate L/R channels for these services? The terminology they used seems to leave a lot to interpretation.

Thanks! I pretty much did that, but I had several different time lines for different scenes so it took a little while. Playback is so much better now though!

Yes, I watched this and I was able to use the last method. Just hoping I wouldn’t need to recreate all my bins, but I considering what my mistake, that’s not too big a deal.. Thanks for your reply.

Since Big Sur, playback on Quicktime goes out of sync while VLC player is fine. Anyone find a reason?

I came across this thread because as an audio guy who is only getting more into video, I know that my .wav files are the best. Upon import though, I have had to bounce them as .aiff files instead because once I put a .WAV file in fcpx it distorts across the entire track. I tried different sample rates and nothing would fix this. I cannot figure this one out. I keep finding other FCPX bugs the more intense projects I do.
