    Thanks George that’s a great help. I will give it a go. I’m testing it out at the mo. And will be filming the dancers so I can asked them to keep it basic. Thanks again!

    Thanks for the advice. I’m not too worried about the colour of the footage changing. I was going to make it all desaturated anyway. What I don’t want is a track Matte that shows new footage as he moves I just want the block to move with him. I understand I will need to key frame some parts but there must be a way we can get the majority of it to move?

    How can i find out if i have? – I know this I have installed Quicktime 7 Pro. Someone told me to delete Quicktime X so i no longer have that. (no i didn’t back it up..whoops) Either way i had this problem beforehand. All codecs work find in FCP. Oh and AE CS6 is up to date

    Thanks so much for the reply Sascha! So even if I could get it working it still wouldn’t be great?
    I just wanted to get out of having to convert it but I’m guessing there is no way huh…dang.
