The media is screen-captured footage. It’s one video, AVI format, using the Xvid codec. The rest of the media files are MP3s, of which there are about 20.

I am using Vegas Pro 13. All media is in the same folder, and don’t know of any other software that might be messing with it. I’m editing the video like anybody would, dragging events on the timeline, adding new media. But even without editing anything, even so much as PLAYING the preview makes it crash.

It simply says “Vegas Pro 13 is not responding.”

Oh, I didn’t understand what you meant.

As a matter of fact, I fixed it. Turns out it was incredibly easy to just replace the audio after making a new project file.

I tried your method John, it sounded good on paper but it won’t work. If I freeze a section of the video to extend it, that throws the audio off when it gets off that particular segment.

Alright, thanks. I’m not paying $100 dollars just to have that feature, so I guess I’ll have to do it manually.

Todd, I don’t see that option anywhere. This is what I get when I click “print settings”. “PDF” isn’t listed anywhere under these tabs.

    Thank you! That works.
