In Photoshop CS5, I have it set to print at 25% size with the file description under it. The problem is I don’t want to print. I want to just see it in front of me, and take a screenshot. I don’t really know how else to explain it, but I know if I save it as a pdf, there’s a way I can see the description, but I don’t know how to get it to show up.

When you select to Print, a dialog box should come up. Inside that box should be Print Settings. If you go there you should be able to select to print (save) to a PDF.
    Good Luck!

Todd, I don’t see that option anywhere. This is what I get when I click “print settings”. “PDF” isn’t listed anywhere under these tabs.

Ah! Windows. Do you have Adobe Acrobat installed? If so, when you go to print you should have the option to select print devices – don’t select your printer, select Adobe PDF. If you don’t have Acrobat, get it, install it.
    Good Luck!

Alright, thanks. I’m not paying $100 dollars just to have that feature, so I guess I’ll have to do it manually.

I believe you only need the free Acrobat Reader, but I could be wrong.

Can you upload a screen shot of your setting, what you actually want?
