[Graham Bernard] “Be warned, it’s not a cheap Plugin. You have to be sure you want to buy it. Now, there maybe other cheaper plugins. Up to you.”

I know, and I have the trial installed. Can you give me a tutorial on how to do that effect?

[Graham Bernard] “Neah . . PTT and T&T don’t have the Typewriter Animation we want. But New Blue Titler Pro does! Wanna link, to demo it?”

Sure, but…is that a plugin or a separate program? Would I have to render the video twice?

[Graham Bernard] “I know EVERYTHING about it and that’s why I got NewBlueTitler Pro. Anyhoooo, I like a challenge so I’ll have a go too.”

I just need a tutorial or a downloadable template or something to get what I need.

[Graham Bernard] “Did you have a look at Vegas ProTypeTitler?”

I looked at it, but I don’t know how it works.

[Graham Bernard] “Yes, just like a Typewriter, or better a Word Processor making an automatic carriage return, thus starting a new line. ????”

    Yes.

Now, is there an easy way to do that in Vegas Pro?

[Graham Bernard] “Yes I do. But it’s your fade in one line at a time that’s got me stumped ????.”

Good lord, Graham, you are making me exhausted. Ok. Look at the video again.

    “Wha?! What kind
^This is what I refer to as a “line”.
    of monsters are
    ^This is another line.
    these?!”
    ^Third line.

In the video, each of these lines appear from left to right. Like a typewriter, but that’s irrelevant. Once one of those lines has finished appearing, the next line starts.

[Graham Bernard] “You want a Typewriter effect. You want the words to be created single letters, like a typewriter.”

    Sigh.

    No.

You see how the sentence is word-wrapped and separated into 3 lines? You see how each line fades in one at a time? That’s what I need.

    Ok….you don’t seem to understand.

I don’t want the text itself to move. I want it to stay in one spot and fade in left to right, like with a Linear Wipe. But I want to fade in multiple lines one at a time, and I don’t want to do that with multiple text boxes. I legitimately don’t know how else to describe what I want.

I’m being as crystal clear as I can think to be and I have showed you pictures of what I want. I’m sorry, but I don’t know what else I can do to make you realize what it is that I’m looking for. Here is a youtube video (with a timestamp, 0:27) of the exact effect I am looking for.

[Graham Bernard] “Is my example what you’re after then? A single very long line of text to run near to the bottom of the Frame, like a Lower Third? Yes?”

I guess? I’ll know if you tell me and I try it out.
