Doesn’t anybody use a dictionary anymore? No wonder our society in becoming illiterate and lazy. I’ve noticed spellcheckers are not 100% accurate. Always check twice, burn once.

These are seperate apps. So, FCP opens fcp projects. Never heard of apps opening another apps proj. You’ll have to finish it in premiere, or import all clips into fcp and start from scratch, but that would be a waste of time.

Well then, either stop using it or get a friend with a pc. It’s a highly compressed codec anyway, it would be like using mpg4 video (squashed) for editing. A very bad idea.

Television is only 72PPi, pixels per square inch, not Dpi, dots per square inch, (thats print). 2700 per inch huh? Thats a lot more than you need, and more than they could push from your small film. Killer new film that pros use, (real film, not hd or video) can maybe be 3000×3000 (I think, somebody check that for me) so asking them to give you such a high res transfer. 6cm film negatives should produce res that you can use for pan and scan and zoom. At least 150 dpi (print speak) ppi
should be enough. And they wont say those things about you anymore.
