I thought since there are options for “Customize Toolbar” and “Customize Timeline Toolbar” that you (VASST) would have access to both.

JR,

I agree. I am liking the tool bar at the bottom, although the option would be nice.

That being said, I would like to be able to customize the “Timeline Toolbar” with Ultimate S Pro features the same way I can customize the “Timeline”.

Is that possible, and if so, can you make that happen at VASST??

Actually BCC8 will work with Vegas 13. I had the same problem and on another forum was provided this answer. Now BCC8 works like a charm in Vegas Pro 13:

I got it to work copying following directories

C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas Pro 12.0\OFX Video Plug-Ins\BCC8_3DObjects.ofx.bundle
C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas Pro 12.0\OFX Video Plug-Ins\BCC8_OFX.ofx.bundle

to

C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas Pro 13.0\OFX Video Plug-Ins\BCC8_3DObjects.ofx.bundle
C:\Program Files\Sony\Vegas Pro 13.0\OFX Video Plug-Ins\BCC8_OFX.ofx.bundle

Scott,

I too render some long videos, 45 minutes to over an hour. I find that the effects I use have a HUGE influence on render times.

One of the worst offenders is composites, green screen brings renders to a crawl.

I’ve had three camera VEG files with track level effects such as Beauty Box that took three full days to render and I have a latest/greatest computer setup… if that makes you feel any better when you’re twiddling your thumbs.

Yeah, you need a fast computer, but get rid of those effects unless you really need them. Just sayin…
