but can you explain the actual differenct between combustion and motion or after effects…
i know that they all are capable of different aspects…but many tools seem to overlap…so what is the best product and do i need all of them ? -

yes roundtriping has been very bad for me
last month i was working on a project and when i went from motion back to fcp…my files were lost…not just lost but they had myseriously vanished from my hard drive !
i’m very scared now to work with such a nice feature.

it’s a good thing i took your earlier advice and started labeling and archiving my tapes correctly or else this would have been a nightmare…
