I don’t have anything else connected to the firewire ports on my Mac and I don’t have another camera to test it with.

Would you help me trash my preferences. I do not know how to do this?

I can’t tell how many frames it is out of sync, but it starts out of sync.
I will check on the duplicate frame thing, and check my log and transfer settings. I don’t know much about this but I figure it must be a settings issue. Do you agree? Could you tell me what the settings should be?

Thanks for the info. I am willing to return this camera but I do not want to go back to tape. Is there a better format to be capturing video to hard drive with? Is there a better camera that has better features that would be easy to edit with FCPro?

That is great help. I do have iDVD 5 and there is a OneStep DVD option. Yeah! Is there any way to get the timecode on the DVD? I also have iMovieHD with the Magic iMovie possibility.
Any suggestions?

Wow, that’s great! I’m in a time crunch and I’m wondering if you could walk me through how to use the title crawl. I have entered my text on the wordprocessor sub page that it offers me and I’ve made my edits but now I can’t seem to get it to play back for me.
Please help.
