log and transfer AVCHD to FCP
I have a Sony HDR SR-11, and the latest version of FCPro operating on MAC PRO with OS X 10.5.4.
I used log and transfer to bring up all of the video clips.
I imported them (with audio) and converting audio to stereo.
When I played the video’s back in FCPro, all of the audio was out of sync.
Are there other settings that I need to set before importing to avoid this problem?
Any idea how to prevent this?Thanks,

don’t know if this applies, but if you had said you transferred P2 cards with this problem, I would have told you to check “remove duplicate frames” in the preferences. Not sure if AVCHD has this setting, but it was worth a answer as it may just solve your problem.
If this is the case, you will have to retransfer all your footage. -
What do you mean by “Out of Sync”? How many frames? or did it start in sync and then loose sync after a few minutes?

I can’t tell how many frames it is out of sync, but it starts out of sync.
I will check on the duplicate frame thing, and check my log and transfer settings. I don’t know much about this but I figure it must be a settings issue. Do you agree? Could you tell me what the settings should be?Thanks,
