I’m actually only using one harddrive, and it happens even in the preview, before capturing to disk.

Importing the old project into a new project yielded the same results, so I guess I’m out of luck this time. Any tips for backing up a project in the future?

Well, I realized now that I should have looked into how to correctly back up my project before doing this. 🙂 My backing up consisted of copying the project file and source video to my external hdd. I just did a repair install of Premiere Pro, with no luck. I get the same results.

The sequence is basically as follows:

    1. Click on .prproj file
    2. Premiere opens, but right away I get the ” unable to load library”” ” errors
    3. Errors finally stop popping up, I can see my project, and can actually scrub through the parts with just Premiere title files, but if I try to view any video, the same error starts popping up again.
