You cannot have DL between two different versions. They need to be the same.

Select clip in timeline and hit F.
Source Clip will open from Project Window in Source Monitor.

If you have issues with the presets file a bugreport.
If Adobe can reproduce (which I cannot) it might get fixed.

There is no z-axis for the anchor point in Premiere. Just x and y.

It works for me.
Try hovering over the lumetri effect while saving to a preset

Select both effects in the Effect Controls by Ctrl click both effects: right click: save preset.
