    Under the Alpha Channel category, select “Conform Alpha Premultiplication To:
    And also select the box: Premultiplied Alpha

    If this is screencapture footage you need to convert to Constant Framerate with Handbrake to get it back into sync.
    Although 2018 support variable framerate it is not always reliable.

  • You have a interlaced timeline, drop the progressive clip into that, nest clip, add time remapping to that nest.

  • Nest clip and it will take on the properties of the timeline.

    Drop everything in a sequence that is the same as the most used field order.
    If clips give issues change field order in the Project window or Field Options in the timeline.
    If all is going to dvd export to mpeg-2 dvd with the same field order.

    On a side note: Premiere will not let you export to dv-avi with upper field.

    Cineform YUV 10 bit will do just fine.
    If you are using Encore for dvd export out of Premiere as mpeg2-dvd.
